Pet Store Pranks by JAM Magic
Great for Kids entertainers!
A brightly colored folder depicting the local pet store is introduced and opened up where shelf after shelf of pet supplies are pictured. But where are the pets? There they are, hiding inside a paper sack. The pets are removed and introduced one by one to the audience: a dog, a goldfish, a cat, a parrot, and a comical snake! One of the pets is chosen by a volunteer and that pet (the snake) is to perform the trick of the day. The snake is turned facing away from the audience and placed back inside the sack. The other animals are set aside for now. After some comedy by-play the snake seems to have failed to disappear. The card is still inside the bag. However when the card is turned around the snake is gone and all that remains is a question mark on the card! The pet store is opened to see if he is hiding inside but he is not inside. The store is closed again but now the kids see the snake peeking out from the pet store. Of course the performer turns to look but now the snake has ducked back inside. The store is opened again but still no sign of the snake. Again the store is closed and just as quickly the snake jumps out of hiding again. The kids yell but the snake hides again before the performer can see him. This is repeated as often as desired till finally the performer tricks the snake into appearing again whereupon he is caught and returned to the other pets.
